If this is your first time using EHR Tutor and your school has not been trained, please contact one of our Trainers to schedule a session at email@example.com. If your school has been trained, but you need help activating or editing your login information, view the tips below.
Create an Instructor Account
Unlimited instructor accounts are included when any school implements EHR Tutor. Once you notify our Training team that you're ready to get started, they will create an account using your school email address. This will send you an email from firstname.lastname@example.org including a link to set up your password.
The activation link will take you to a page where you'll be required to enter your desired password twice for confirmation.
What if I don't get an activation email?
If you do not see an email with an activation link, please check your spam filter. If you cannot find it there, contact our support team for assistance at either 440-305-6188 or email@example.com
What if I need to change my password?
To change your password, log in to my.ehrtutor.com and click on your name in the top right corner. Below your name, there will be an option for Profile.
Under Profile, you'll see the option to Reset Password at anytime.
